Article 1 – Definition and conditions of the competition

The company Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting capital of 30 103,00 Euros is registered in the LYON Trade and Companies Register under the number 830 218 210 having its registered office at 64 BD NIELS BOHR 69100 VILLEURBANNE, is organizing a contest as part of an Internet marketing operation, intended to promote the LinkedIn page of YOOUP.FR.

– The company Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting is also referred to hereafter as: « the Organizer, the Organizing Company, the Organizers, the Professional ».

– The « Participant » in the contest is also referred to hereinafter as « the Participant, the User, the Contributor, the Player ».

– The « Winner » of the prize draw is also referred to hereinafter as the « Winner ».

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

This game is open to any natural person of legal age present at the ISE in Amsterdam who has an Internet connection and the QR code giving access to the registration form, after acceptance of the conditions of participation in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Only one entry per person is accepted during the entire duration of the Contest.

Members of the staff of Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting and their family members are excluded from any participation in the contest.

Article 3 – Dates of the contest

– contest start date: February 11, 2020 at 9am – contest end date: February 14, 2020 at 5pm

– date of draw: 18 February 2020

– date of Winner’s nomination: February 18, 2020

Article 4 – Terms and conditions of participation

4.1) Conditions of application

In order for the participation to be validated by the Organizer, there are two steps that the Participant must respect:

  1. Complete a form in Google Forms using a QR code giving access. The form can also be accessed by clicking on the following address, which will be accessible throughout the duration of the contest https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12sTXYVB1WEpc-9YM8hN6oj2FUJ1cocqcXLEDGK3gQvY/edit.

4.2) Guarantees and responsibility for the validity of applications

Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this operation if it does not proceed as agreed: any virus, glitch, violation, unauthorised intervention, fraud, competitor action, technical problem or other cause beyond the control of Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting alters and affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or conduct of Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting.

In general, the Participants guarantee the Organizers of this contest against any recourse, action or claim that may be brought by any third party, in any capacity whatsoever, under all warranties and commitments made.

Any incomplete or erroneous entry will be rejected, without the Organiser’s liability being engaged. Any untruthful declaration by an entrant will result in his/her exclusion from the contest without the Organizer’s liability being engaged.

Thus, the Organising Company reserves the unreserved right to moderate a posteriori and not to validate, or even exclude or remove from the contest, any participant who does not comply with any of the conditions of these rules.

4.3) Methods of drawing lots

A draw to select the Winner.

Article 5 – Endowments/lots

5.1) Commercial value of endowments :

The winning prize is offered by Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting and consists of a carbon black screen mount named Oyoo with aluminium trapdoor created and produced by Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting.

The prize has a commercial value of 899€.

The offered lot cannot give rise to any dispute on their nature or to the delivery of a counterpart of any kind whatsoever.

The participant drawn at random will be designated winner by the persons in charge of the competition.

Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting reserves the right to change the prize without notice. If this is the case, the value of the prize will be equivalent or higher than the product replaced.

The counterpart in check or cash gifts cannot be offered.

5.2) Terms of recovery and use

As stipulated in Article 6, the Winner must contact the Professional concerned in the prize and comply with the terms and conditions of use defined in Article 5.1.

Article 6 – Terms and conditions for awarding the prizes

Only one endowment for a single individual.

The Winner will then be asked to provide his/her precise contact details: surname, first name, company, date of birth, address, town, postal code, country, telephone number, email address by email to: [email protected]

If the information provided by the participant is incomplete and/or does not allow him/her to be informed of his/her win, he/she will lose the status of Winner and will not be able to make any claim.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of technical difficulties with this electronic notification of the prize. Without communication of this information from the Winner within 8 days, it will lose its status of Winner.

The official and personalized notifications of allocation of prizes to the Winner with the description and the withdrawal procedures will be sent by return email to the email address they have indicated, including a copy of the message on the email box of the Professionals concerned.

Article 7 – Nominative and personal data

The Players authorise in advance, by the sole fact of their participation, that the Organisers freely use for advertising or promotional purposes, whatever the medium, all personal information communicated on their behalf and on any medium.

The personal data collected about you is mandatory and necessary for the processing of your participation in the game. They are intended for the Organisers, or for subcontractors and/or service providers for management purposes.

In accordance with the regulations in force, the information collected is intended exclusively for the Organizers and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever.

The information provided by the participant is intended for the use of Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting in the context of access to its service in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale and in the context of the management of this game.

Article 8 – Responsibilities and rights

The Organizers :

– Reserve the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit the winnings or cancel this game in case of force majeure as defined by jurisprudence. Consequently, their liability cannot be engaged as a result.

– Cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of the connection rights or the attribution of a Participant’s prize.

– Are not liable in the event of malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines, reception equipment preventing the smooth running of the game. Furthermore, they may not be held liable for problems of delivery or loss of e-mail or postal mail.

– Release any liability in case of technical failure, anomaly, hardware and software of any kind (virus, bugs, etc.) caused on the Participant’s system, their computer equipment and the data stored therein and the consequences that may result on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

Article 9 – Exclusion conditions

Participation in these games implies full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules without any reserve or prior condition on the part of the Participant, failure to comply with these rules shall result in exclusion from the contest, the pure and simple nullity of his/her participation and the awarding of the prizes.

Article 10 – Submission of the « Oyoo » mount

The present support will be deposited with the winner via delivery only in France. Any shipment outside the France zone will be paid by the winner.

The shipping costs of this request will be paid by Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting. A delay of at least 30 days will be necessary after the Winner has sent the information to Yoo’UP by Innovant Meeting according to the terms of attribution defined in article 6.

Article 11 – Jurisdiction

These regulations are subject to French law.

The parties shall endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules. If the disagreement persists, it will be submitted to the competent courts.

The Participant acknowledges having read these rules, to accept them without reservation and to comply with them.
